At LA CREATIVO, we are committed to providing professional digital services with transparent communication and fair business practices.

Digital Services & Custom Work

Due to the nature of digital services, creative work, consulting, development time, strategy, and custom production, payments made to LA CREATIVO are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

Deposits & Initial Payments

Project deposits and initial payments are used to reserve scheduling, planning, research, strategy, and production resources and are therefore non-refundable.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis under limited circumstances, including:

  • duplicate payments,
  • billing errors,
  • accidental charges,
  • or situations where project work has not yet started.

Approval of any refund request remains at the sole discretion of LA CREATIVO.

Subscription & Retainer Services

Monthly retainers, maintenance plans, subscriptions, and recurring services may be canceled prior to the next billing cycle.

Partial monthly refunds are generally not provided once service work or billing periods have begun.

Client Delays & Abandonment

Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by:

  • missing client materials,
  • delayed communication,
  • lack of approvals,
  • inactivity,
  • or changes in project direction.

Projects inactive for extended periods may be archived or paused.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients are encouraged to contact LA CREATIVO directly regarding any billing concerns before initiating disputes or chargebacks.

We are committed to resolving concerns professionally, fairly, and in good faith.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension of services, account restrictions, project termination, or legal recovery actions where permitted by law.
